Tube orientation
The infeed controls cap direction, artwork orientation and pitch before the tube enters the insertion station.
Tube, cosmetic and personal-care cartoning
Tube, cosmetic and soap cartoners configured for controlled product feeding, carton insertion and tuck-in or hot-melt glue closing.

Application engineering overview
An automatic tube cartoning machine controls the tube body, cap and orientation before inserting the product into the carton. Tube diameter, length, cap style and print orientation determine the infeed and transfer design, while the carton opening and closing arrangement must protect the product from compression or scuffing.
Cosmetic cartoning machine projects can cover creams, lotions, personal-care bottles, soaps and promotional inserts. Horizontal side-load or end-load cartoners are commonly used for tubes and regular packs, while a vertical cartoner can support products that are easier to load through the carton top.
Carton closing can use tuck-in flaps or an integrated hot-melt glue box sealing system. Hot-melt equipment, glue pattern, compression time and safety interlocks are specified together with the cartoner; the machinery should not be confused with a general-purpose automatic box gluing machine used outside a controlled cartoning sequence.
Discuss this applicationProduct formats
The feeding, change parts and carton-handling sequence are confirmed from actual samples, required output and the intended production process.
System architecture
The infeed controls cap direction, artwork orientation and pitch before the tube enters the insertion station.
Low-marking guides and correctly supported transfers reduce scuffing on decorated tubes, bottles and cosmetic packs.
Tuck-in, hot-melt glue or combined closing is engineered around the approved carton board and production speed.
