A pharmaceutical cartoning machine must coordinate the product, leaflet and carton as one validated sequence. Stellan Tech Innovations develops horizontal and vertical cartoning systems for blister packs, strips, bottles, vials, ampoules, eye drops and other pharmaceutical formats, with the feeding and inspection scope selected after sample review.

The recommended cartoner depends on how the product can be presented reliably. Horizontal end-load cartoning is commonly selected for blisters, folded leaflets, tubes and stable container groups. A top-load or rotary vertical cartoner can be suitable for bottles, vials and irregular products that are easier to place through the open carton top.

Leaflet cartoning machine projects may include pre-folded leaflet feeding, online leaflet folding, presence verification, pharmacode or code inspection and rejection logic. Final performance is confirmed against the approved carton board, leaflet GSM, product orientation and required output.
