A cartoning system designed from the approved pack

An automatic blister cartoning machine receives individual or collated blister packs, controls their orientation, combines them with a leaflet when required and inserts the group into a pre-folded carton. Stable presentation before the pusher is essential because blister pockets, foil edges and multi-blister stacks behave differently at production speed.

Stellan blister cartoner configurations range from compact intermittent cartoning machines to high-speed continuous-motion cartoners. The correct motion platform is selected from the blister-machine discharge, required packs per carton, leaflet format, carton dimensions and sustained output—not from a headline speed alone.

For capsule blister cartoning machine applications, the feeding magazine, stack height, product guides and pusher geometry are developed from approved samples. Optional functions can include leaflet insertion, carton and leaflet code checks, missing-product detection, rejection and synchronization with the upstream blister packing machine.
